Dee Bank Cottage suits families and groups looking for space without compromise. One bedroom has a super king bed, another has bunks, the third has two singles. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed. The single bathroom includes both a bath and walk-in shower, with a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The kitchen is fully fitted for proper cooking, with a dishwasher and electric range. Downstairs, a second lounge has a woodburner and a small bar area for quieter evenings. Upstairs, the main living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the river. From the kitchen, stable doors lead to a terrace at ground level. Both spaces catch the view across the water. Outside there's a garden with seating and a gas barbecue. A single parking space is available on site. Bed linen, towels, wifi and logs for the wood burner are included. The property is non-smoking.

Llangollen itself is a working market town on the Dee, with the railway heritage line running through it. The river draws walkers and kayakers; the town has independent shops, cafés and pubs within a short walk. The cottage sits close enough to reach everything on foot, but far enough back to feel like a proper retreat.
