About Plas Hafod
Plas Hafod is a substantial Victorian detached house on Abbey Road, a short distance from Llangollen town centre, offering bed and breakfast accommodation with views over the Vale of Llangollen. The house retains a wealth of original features, including tiled hallways, an ornate staircase, marble fireplaces and stained glass windows.
Guest rooms come with tea and coffee facilities, televisions and hairdryers, and are either en-suite or have a private bathroom; the Green Room's four-poster king bed and valley view is a particular favourite with returning guests. A dining room serves breakfast each morning, and a guest lounge is available for anyone wanting to sit out a wet afternoon rather than head into town.
Within walking distance of the International Eisteddfod Pavilion and the town centre, Plas Hafod suits visitors after a traditional bed and breakfast stay in a genuinely characterful Victorian house, with the valley views from the upper rooms among the best available from any guest house in Llangollen.

We had a four day stay. It was superb. If anyone is looking for a lovely relaxing stay in beautiful accommodation, close to all amenities they need look no further than the Plas Haford. The Guesthouse is very well run by Margaret, her Daughter June and Son in law Ian and they make an excellent team. Wonderful breakfasts served with lots of variety and nothing is too much trouble.

We have been staying in this lovely place for a few years now when we attend our Harley Davidson ralley. Margaret,June and Ian are always so warm and welcoming it's like home from home, breakfast is fantastic as are the rooms. See you all next year.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this charming guest house. Very friendly and hospitable, large comfortable bedroom, scrupulously clean, excellent breakfasts and a two minute walk from town. Just be careful not to disturb the lovely old dog😀

A fantastic b&b run by brilliant people. The green room is exceptional and the breakfasts varied and plentiful. Margaret and June go the extra mile. Certainly a place to visit again. LP
