Upstairs and downstairs together, the four bedrooms offer two doubles with en-suites, two further twins, and a family bathroom. Essentials like bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are included, and there's a travel cot, highchair and stairgate if needed.

The private hot tub is the standout feature, set in the front garden where you'll also find patio seating and furniture for outdoor meals. You have parking for two cars on site. The barn sits in the Dee Valley near Corwen, putting you within reach of the Berwyn Mountains and Clwydian Range for walking. One small pet is welcome. No smoking inside.
