Couples, small families and friends exploring North Wales will find Ty Cerrig Cottage suits a three-person group well. The ground floor holds a double bedroom with ensuite shower, plus a kitchen and dining space with everything needed to cook. Upstairs, a single bedroom and living room with Smart TV provide separate space to relax. A spiral staircase connects the floors, adding character to this stone-built property. One dog is welcome to join you.

The cottage sits in countryside near Corwen, within a mile of a pub. The Dee Valley location puts you within reach of walking routes into the Berwyn Mountains and Clwydian Range, and Llangollen with its steam railway lies a short drive away. Corwen itself is a traditional market town with historical connections to Owain Glyndwr. The front garden has seating and a gas barbecue; there is parking for two cars on site and a bike store. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking inside.

We stayed February 2026 and had a great stay, the location is stunning, surrounded by Welsh hills, mountains and rivers, perfect for getting away from all the noise of inner city living. Having said that the WiFi at the property is good, the phone signal is patchy in the local area.

Stayed here 20-22nd August (2022). Me and my family stayed at Ty Cerrig Cottage recently and loved every minute of it. The cottage itself has plenty of character and importantly everything you need to get by, the grounds and view are spectacular and of course both Alison and Dan were very friendly and kind for our last minute stay. Literally, the worst part of our short break was leaving. We hope to visit again soon. Marvin

Stayed here earlier in the summer. It is an absolutely fantastic cottage in the most idyllic location. Just booked to go again in a few weeks time. Alison and Dan are amazing hosts.
