Bruns Cottage

Bruns Cottage is one of 16 properties on a shared site between Matlock and Ashbourne, giving you a whole cottage to yourself while access to communal facilities. The three bedrooms sleep six: two have zip-and-link super king beds (each convertible to two singles) and one has bunk beds. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower. Downstairs is an open-plan living space with a dining area and a kitchen equipped for self-catering, along with a utility room where you can use coin-operated washing and drying machines.

The site's main draw is the indoor heated swimming pool, which operates year-round (except Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year's Day) from 8.30am to 6.30pm, with a shallow children's area and changing facilities. You'll also have access to a games room with a coin-operated pool table and table tennis, and the 3-acre grounds offer patio seating, garden furniture, BBQs and a play area. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. There is private parking on site and an electric car charging point. No smoking is permitted in the cottage.
