Two Dales

Two Dales sits in the Derbyshire Dales, where rolling countryside and stone villages define the landscape. The property is a converted barn arranged around a working farmyard, offering enough space for up to 11 guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ground floor holds the main living areas—an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with direct access to a patio—plus one bedroom with an ensuite shower. Upstairs are three further bedrooms, each with flexible bed configurations to suit different group sizes and ages, served by two bathrooms with baths and showers.

The kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking from scratch, with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and American-style fridge. Heating and hot water run through an air source heat pump, with underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathrooms. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all provided. The grounds span three acres and include a heated indoor swimming pool (open year-round except Christmas period), a patio with furniture and BBQ facilities, and a play area. There is also a games room with pool and table tennis tables, and a utility room with washing and tumble-drying facilities. The property does not permit smoking.

This works well for extended families or groups wanting to stay together without the formality of a hotel. Private car parking is on site. Arrival is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
