Butterton Cottage
Derbyshire Dales
Butterton Cottage is a converted stone barn in the Derbyshire Dales, part of a small courtyard of holiday properties with shared facilities. The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms, each with a zip-and-link bed that can be separated into singles on request. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms—one en-suite with a shower, the other with a bath. The ground floor is open-plan, with a living area and kitchen where you can prepare meals using a full electric cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included.
What sets this property apart is access to an indoor heated swimming pool open year-round (8.30am to 6.30pm daily, except Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year's Day), along with a games room where you can play pool or table tennis. The 3-acre grounds offer patio areas, garden furniture, barbecues and a children's play area. There is on-site parking, and the utility room has coin-operated washing and drying machines. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The cottage is non-smoking throughout.
