Callow Cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, each with an ensuite or nearby bathroom, and occupies its own space within the grounds. An indoor heated swimming pool sits in an adjacent building year-round, with a shallow section for younger swimmers and dedicated changing facilities. The 3-acre site holds a games room, patio areas, garden furniture and a children's play area available to all guests.

Downstairs is open-plan living and dining, with a kitchen equipped for self-catering. Upstairs contains both bedrooms—each a zip-and-link super kingsize that can be split into singles on request. Electric heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. A shared utility room has a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer; the games room contains a coin-operated pool table and table tennis. The cottage has private parking and an electric car charging point. No smoking inside. High chairs are available on request, though without straps.
