Cotterill Farm - Milking Parlour is a ground-floor cottage on a working farm in the Derbyshire Dales, surrounded by open countryside. Everything you need comes with it: wifi, electricity, bed linen, towels and biomass central heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, so cooking for yourself is straightforward. There's a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer if you need it.
The cottage sleeps three across two bedrooms—a double and a single—with one bathroom containing a shower. The open-plan living space includes a dining area and a sitting room with Freeview TV and DVD player. Outside, you have private parking for two cars, a patio and access to a lawned garden with furniture. A bike store is on site. The pub is within a mile, and you can walk or cycle directly from the property into surrounding countryside, with bridleways leading to Hartington village.
This is one of seven stone-built cottages on the farm. Smoking is not permitted. The Peak District's major attractions—Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Castleton, the Dove and Manifold Valleys, plus Buxton, Ashbourne, Bakewell and Matlock—are all within 30 minutes by car.
