Market View

Ashbourne is a market town at the edge of the Peak District, full of independent shops and cafés along cobbled streets. Market View sits directly above the town centre, a first-floor apartment with views across the market square itself. The property is accessed via a private entrance on the ground floor, then a flight of stairs to reach the main living space.

The layout spreads across two floors. Upstairs from the entrance: a bright kitchen with dining area, a living room furnished with a sofa bed and Smart TV (still with those market square views), and a bathroom with bath and shower. Higher still: two king bedrooms and a twin room, plus a separate shower room. The essentials are covered—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-Fi included. There is a public car park nearby, charged separately. Note that access is by footpath only, and the internal stairs are steep.

One dog stays free. The town itself offers pubs within a mile, and the surrounding countryside is laced with walking routes. Dovedale's stepping stones and Ilam Park are within easy driving distance for those exploring further into the Peak District. The property does not allow smoking.
