Middleton Cottage

Middleton Cottage is part of a converted farmyard complex positioned between Ashbourne and Matlock, giving you easy access to both market towns and the surrounding Peak District countryside. The cottage itself is spread over two floors with a ground-floor open-plan living space—kitchen, dining and sitting areas together—and two bedrooms upstairs, each with a zip-and-link bed that splits into singles if needed. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower.

What sets this place apart is the shared leisure facilities across the site. An indoor heated swimming pool operates year-round, with a shallow end for children, changing rooms and its own building. The grounds span three acres with patios, garden furniture and a play area. A games room has a pool table and table tennis, and there is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer available on a coin basis.
