Robins Nest is a single-storey cabin on Brosterfield Farm, positioned for easy access to some of the Midlands' most visited destinations. Bakewell's market town sits within reach for its famous puddings and local museum. Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Buxton's spa town, Castleton's show caves and the Heights of Abraham cable car are all driveable trips from here, making it a base for exploring rather than a retreat from everything.
The cabin itself is compact and self-contained, with a kingsize bed, a shower room, and an open-plan living space that combines kitchen and sitting area. You get what you need to cook, a Smart TV for downtime, and private parking for one car. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered. Outside, a private garden has seating and a wood-fired hot tub for two; note that it arrives empty and needs filling and heating on the day. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking indoors.
The surrounding countryside is open to walkers—the Peak District hills are on your doorstep—and the local pub is half a mile away if you'd rather not cook. The cabin suits couples or small families wanting a base for a week of day trips or longer walks, without the commitment of a larger property.
