Sabinhay
Derbyshire Dales
Sabinhay is a converted barn in the Derbyshire Dales, part of a courtyard of stone buildings that retain their rural character. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms—two with zip-and-link super king beds that can separate into singles, and one with two single beds—each with its own bathroom or ensuite. A living and dining area, kitchen with electric cooker, and utility room with shared coin-operated laundry facilities complete the layout.
What sets this place apart is the indoor heated swimming pool on the grounds, open daily from 8.30am to 6.30pm year-round (closed Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year's Day). The shared 3-acre site also includes a games room with pool table and table tennis, patio areas, garden furniture, BBQs, and a play area. Parking is on site, and there is an electric car charging point. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. The location suits families wanting a base for exploring the Derbyshire countryside—Matlock and Carsington Water are nearby. No smoking throughout.
