The Stables Group - The Stables

The Stables is a one-bedroom barn conversion on a working farm in the Derbyshire Dales, sleeping two guests with their own private space. The single ground-floor room combines living, dining and kitchen areas, with a separate bedroom and ensuite shower. An electric cooker, fridge and coffee machine mean you can prepare meals without leaving the property; a pub is within a mile if you'd rather eat out. Wood burner, smart TV, DAB radio and French doors to the garden complete the layout.

Everything needed for a stay is provided: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi. The garden has seating and furniture; there's also bike storage and a shared electric car charging point. Parking is 75 yards away, though unloading happens at the door. One dog can stay free, though it cannot be left alone in the property or enter the bedrooms. No children except babies in arms. The location is rural, so occasional farm noise is possible.
