My Granddaughter and I go here every Thursday. She absolutely loves it. It’s nice for me also as it’s not too big so I can relax while she plays. They also have books, colouring etc…. Kate who works there is super friendly and my Granddaughter thinks she is great. Deffo recommend.

Staff are fantastic. Great soft play with lots of levels and an area for younger ones. It’s a little tired but that doesn’t matter. Air con is a blessing!

Go to this place well-fed because you can't eat your own food there, and you won't find healthy food for children either. I was there today with my one-year-old son, and I wanted to feed him homemade, sugar-free banana pancakes. The receptionist told me that I couldn't feed my child my own food. I closed the container and put it on the table, but the receptionist called the supervisor, who asked me to put the food container in my bag. The supervisor confirmed that I could give my child store-bought baby food. Later, I gave my son baby crisps, but the receptionist called the manager, who stated that I could only give my child food purchased on reception. Look at the photo to see the limited food options available at this play area. There's nothing healthy or organic. I left after an hour because my son was hungry, and I wasn't going to feed him sugary snacks.

Visited today after a really long time and we were really pleased. Kate provided excellent service, she looked after us really well, the play area is really great value for money and our lunch was spot on. We took advantage of the mid week/ tots time for younger children in the soft play - it wasn’t too crowded and we will definitely be returning. Definitely recommend!
