What visitors say
This is our third or fourth stay at Higher Well, and once again we've had a fantastic family holiday. We've visited with both my parents and my in-laws over the years, and it's always a place we look forward to returning to. The family who run the site are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. On this visit, they kindly took delivery of the disability equipment my mom needed and even collected it from our van after we left, which made everything so much easier for us. A special mention also goes to New Ability in Paignton, who supplied the disability equipment. Their service was excellent, with delivery straight to our holiday accommodation and collection afterwards. If anyone is looking to hire mobility or disability equipment while on holiday in the area, I'd highly recommend them. The caravans at Higher Well are always beautifully clean and well maintained, and the prices are excellent value for money. We also love how safe the site feels for children, with the green space outside the caravan being perfect for them to play. The location is ideal for exploring the area, with Brixham, Cockington, Torquay, Broadsands Beach and Dartmouth all within easy reach. It really is a great base for a Devon holiday. We can't fault Higher Well and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

Me, my husband and dogs stayed here for almost three weeks and had the best time. The staff were beyond fantastic, and patient. The toilet and shower blocks were clean, the dog exercise field was a fantastic size. My favourite thing was how spacious the campsite all felt and the views were fantastic in a big open space! Will deffo recommend to anybody, and if we're ever back that way would definitely stay again!

This Camp site is without a shadow of doubt one of best we have ever camped on . Stunning park ,Polite and so welcoming are the staff. Shower and toilet block outstanding. We will definitely being staying again at Higher Well farm. Well done to all involved 👏

Fantastic campsite on a scenic farm with views of rolling Devon hills. Peaceful and with lots of space. 20 mins walk to pretty Stoke Gabriel and a 15 minute drive to the coast at Paignton or Brixham. Spotless facilities and an enclosed dog walk. We will definitely return!
