Booked a last minute 3 night break in a lodge with a hot tub and couldn't have been more impressed with the standard of accommodation. Beautiful 3 bedroom modern lodge with a washing machine, dish washer, 2 bathrooms and a fantastic hot tub. The lodge was very clean on arrival. Beds were made up and towels provided, but I think this depends on the level of caravan you book. Our caravan was in an elevated position overlooking the site. Plenty of parking. Check in was done remotely and access by number plate recognition and an app to open the lock to the lodge, all information was sent as an email There was £250 security deposit to be paid on checking in online which I was not made aware about at the time of booking so just make sure you know as this could be difficult for some. There is no entertainment on site. There is a small area with essentials to buy, a bar and a swimming pool. We made full use of the hot tub and maintainence came each day to check the levels etc.

We stayed here in the off season so my review can only be based on the site at that time. It's very quite and only a 5 minute drive away from Paignton. The site itself is very well maintained and our static was very nice. For a nice quite get away where you are in easy reach of the English Riviera this is an ideal choice.

We've just returned from 7 days at Orchard Park, which is the smaller sister site of Devon hills. We were nicely situated not far from the pub 'The Blagdon inn' in a small, quiet part of Devon hills. Sunday lunch at the pub was really tasty. There is also a pool on site that we never got around to using. The bus stop is just outside the park which is ideal for exploring the area. The lodge itself was spotlessly clean and tidy and everything worked as it should. On arrival we realised there were no steps to get in to the hot tub. A quick call to reception and a set of steps were delivered within minutes. The hot tub proved a bit tricky for me to navigate but my partner really enjoyed it and used it every day, even in the rain!! A very relaxing break and a great home from home. 😊

Not impressed, paid for luxury but can't see anything that would make it luxury. The curtains were nearly touching the pillows so kept us awake, beds are tiny. Staff are rude apart from one lovely lady, they refused to let anyone check out later than 9am then became rude when we tried to report a fault, also tried not to give deposit back for no reason.
