As a group of 5 adults, we booked the Texas School Bus - Lee Meadow Campsite and had the best time! The bus is spacious with plenty of room for all of us, and it had everything we needed for a fun long weekend away, including a small functional kitchen, not that we used it as the food being served on the campsite was amazing! Being able to hire E-bikes on site made our weekend, being able to explore so much more without it being too much of a workout. The showers are hot and clean, the shop also sells really lovely local products and gifts. Loved that we could cozy around the campfire in front of the bus all lit up at night under the stars. We also really enjoyed interacting with the campsite crew, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Great location, great value and great people!

Recently had a bank holiday getaway in this gorgeous corner of England. Even though the traffic hampered our journey, arriving late wasn’t an issue, their on site homemade pizza saved the day as by the time we had set everything up, it was nearly 9pm! The on site shop also was very well equipped with local produce that we sampled, lovely rolls and banging bangers! The pre-made ‘cheese board box’ was also a nice touch, shame the crackers were a bit stale but we made do! Standard facilities that are well kept and clean. Leafy grassland surroundings linked with great trails to the coast. Our stand out however was the staff, who went above and beyond. Would definitely stay again, we would just leave earlier to enjoy it for longer!

Great campsite, very large pitches, very friendly staff and owners. Rainfall showers were amazing, toilets and shower blocks lovely and clean. Good onsite facilities, shop, cafe etc. Ideal site for walking to lots of different locations. Will definitely return.

Lee Meadow is one of our favourite campsites to visit! We come back year after year and are always welcomed by Matt and the team. Pitches are spacious, toilets and showers clean, and the food and shop are fab! We are just back from our first stay this year and of course we will be back! There’s a new team in the farm shop for this season, the food is good and very reasonably priced. The site is super chill and provides the perfect space for a family trip. It’s been a pleasure watching Lee Meadow grow over the past few years, and we couldn’t recommend it enough!
