About Summer Lodge Country House Hotel Restaurant and Spa
Summer Lodge Country House Hotel Restaurant and Spa occupies a substantial country house in Dorchester, its grounds and garden giving it the feel of a rural retreat despite being close to town. Guests have use of a restaurant and bar, along with breakfast served on-site. The spa area includes a sauna, gym and indoor swimming pool, making it a practical base for a longer stay rather than just an overnight stop. The house also functions as a wedding venue and has meeting rooms available, with porter services on hand for guests arriving with luggage.
Free on-site parking is provided, and pets are welcome, which suits those travelling with dogs through the surrounding Dorset countryside. The garden setting gives the hotel a quiet, established character, with Dorchester itself within easy reach for anyone wanting to explore beyond the grounds.
