Bridleways and footpaths start from the gate of West View, leading towards Wareham through the surrounding countryside. The single-storey bungalow sits within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast, with beaches 6 miles away, and the New Forest's heathlands also a short drive. A shop, pub and restaurant are half a mile down the road, while Vines Close Farm Shop is nearby for provisions.

The whole property is yours alone: three bedrooms (one king, one double, two singles), two shower rooms, and a spacious games room equipped with a pool table, table football, dartboard and air hockey. The living room has a woodburner, and the kitchen contains an electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine for self-catering. A large enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and barbecue opens from the games room. On-site parking is private, and Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the initial fuel for the woodburner is too. One well-behaved pet stays free. The bungalow is approached via a long drive with countryside views, and all accommodation is on the ground floor with 4 steps to the entrance. No smoking inside.

From here, the Purbeck coastline, Poole and Bournemouth beaches, Monkey World, Stonehenge and Kingston Lacy house are all within reasonable driving distance, making it a base for families or couples wanting both relaxation and exploration.
