Caravan park on the edge of Dorchester with shower facilities and close access to local shops and leisure amenities.
About Warmwell Caravan Park
Dorchester and its surroundings offer plenty to explore, from the county town's Roman heritage to the Dorset countryside beyond. Warmwell Caravan Park sits just outside the main sprawl, within easy reach of everyday essentials: a local shop is a short walk away, and Warmwell Leisure Resort is practically next door.
The park has shower facilities on site. Nearby residential areas and the leisure resort mean the location is well integrated into the local infrastructure rather than remote or rural. It suits caravanners who want to be close to town amenities without being in the centre of things.

What visitors say
I would totally agree with Steve WS, Keith Totts and Phil Grady. This site is not a holiday park it’s run as a retirement park, It is well kept and very clean, although the entrance isn’t really very appealing for first impressions. The food is very good in the club, but you have to order in the morning. There is no facilities for children. There is a list of site rules BUT they only seem to apply to certain owners, read first and be careful before purchasing a caravan. My best day at the site was my last one .

I wouldn't say it was a holiday park. As much as I like rules, there were too many here. As a tourer your made to feel like a second class citizen. My family were there for almost 6 years and the last couple of years we didn't go down much and neither did others around us.

A fabulous park. Staff friendly and helpful. Beautifully laid out with gravel roads and plenty of space. Peaceful and serene. Restaurant with home cooked food and well stocked bar at weekends. Near to lovely beaches and beautiful walking countryside. Love it here

The manager, manageress and son are very approachable and helpful. They keep the site immaculate. The bar, lounge and patio is superb and the food is the best you’ll get. Five stars all the way.
