About Warmwell Holiday Park - Parkdean Holidays

Warmwell Holiday Park is a Parkdean Holidays site in Dorset woodland near Dorchester, offering spacious lodges as accommodation. Guests find the setting peaceful and the staff helpful, with a leisure resort and small supermarket within a minute's walk. Pitches are set among trees, giving a sense of seclusion despite being close to on-site amenities.

The park has showers and runs a good range of activities including a ski slope, plus a restaurant and bar. Some visitors have noted that lodges can be inconsistently maintained, so condition varies. The site suits those wanting a break centred on activities and facilities rather than a back-to-basics camping experience.

Great site and facilities. Lodges are a little worn and could be cleaner. We stayed in a deluxe lodge however the lodge did not resemble the photos. The pool is also a little dated. However the site is brilliant with lots of facilities, lovely staff and such a beautiful setting. The location is fab for exploring weymouth and the surrounding coast. The whole atmosphere of the site is lovely and so family friendly. I would definitely return and recommend to others x

I did not enjoy my time here. A lot of things did not work, staff did not help. A lot misleading parts before booking. Room. View was horrible. We paid extra for a lake view. We got a view of trees that we could not see from withing our accomodation anyway. TV didn't work. We called reception who did not help and just said it's the internet connection. A lot of the blinds were broken. The oven didn't work, again staff said these things happen. We booked bingo for free online. Took time out of our day to be there and were told that it was not free and we had to pay for it. Again staff said nothing they can do. The staff who do the activities look tired and uninterested..we did the archery and it took a while for the staff member to wake up. Location was lovely. Arcade staff were extremely lovely and friendly. Rooms were okay, good heating which was shocking and lovely water pressure..mattress was horrible and lots of broken things like wardrobes etc. All in all not for me. You can't have staff unwilling to help. Not cheap either. Pictures are of our lake view. After looking at other reviews it seems that they don't help when there is an issue. That's a HUGE things.

We stayed here for 4 nights in April and had a fantastic time. This is our 4th stay at Warmwell with a 4 year old. We stayed in lodge 237 which was beautiful and clean, and had everything we needed. Reception called the morning after check-in to see if everything was ok - nice touch! We had no issues to report but this would have made it easy if we did! Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed the daytime activities and starland crazy disco along with tbe evening entertainment - she honestly talks about it all year round! The entire park is so well maintained and clean. The swimming pool session was fun with the wave machine and slide. We ate at the restaurant a few times and the food wasnt as good as we had had before, but the Fish & Chips were great and the Fully Loaded burgers are very good - recommend having it at least once during your stay. The staff onsite are all friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Mel who helped us book the right lodge for us, with everything we needed! See you again soon!

Just spent 4 nights here and really enjoyed it. The accomodation was spacious and clean. The entertainment was excellent, very good singers and dancers. We were entertained by the lovely Ellie singing outside while the football was on inside. The food was not cheap but it was well cooked and decent portions, served by very friendly smiling staff. The staff in the entertainment hall were brilliant especially the lovely Rebecca and Jenna, but they were all lovely and and always smiling. We had problems with the TV which only seemed to work when it wanted to, and the wifi was virtually non existent, but otherwise it was perfect. Will certainly be returning.
