Rural Dorset offers quiet countryside walks and easy reach of the New Forest and Bournemouth beaches. The Farmhouse sits within a small collection of holiday properties along a private track, with direct access to the Castleman Trailway—a flat, scenic route along an old railway line that leads through woodland for miles. Local pubs and a golf course are within a twenty-minute walk, and the National Cycle Network passes nearby for those wanting longer rides.
The house sleeps eight across four bedrooms: a king on the ground floor with ensuite shower, two kings upstairs (one with ensuite), a twin and a bunk room. Three bathrooms and a separate toilet mean mornings run smoothly. The open-plan ground floor has a woodburner, smart TV, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. A private hot tub accommodates all eight; the rear garden has furniture and a barbecue. Parking fits four cars. One well-behaved pet stays free, though fireworks are not permitted due to nearby livestock.
Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are provided, along with initial logs for the fire. A games room (shared with other properties on site) has table football, table tennis and darts. No smoking indoors.
