The Dining staff gave Excellent customer Service . The food to order was exceptionally lovely and I highly recommend the fish dishes. My friends recommend the soups for starters. And the fish starters was lovely. The deserts was lovely also and I added some fruit to mine also with runny cream . The receptionist and staff in the pool side gave good customer service. The rooms were nothing special and when I walked up the stairs it looked like they hadnt been hoovered. When I 1st entered into my bath the housekeeper hadnt cleaned the plug area very well as it had tissue stuck in there for some reason and the head shower was a bit black so they need to show more care on the need for detail. 3 small things are the only negatives as overrall I had an enjoyable stay and I enjoyed going in the jacuzzi.

I love staying at the Palace, It has everything you need, the staff are amazing. The rooms are a little dated but it doesn't matter, it just adds to the whole experience. The food is lovely, I've yet to find a better breakfast. Thank you Palace team for making my stays what they have been, the best stays ever. And if you're fortunate to have a Seaview, you're very lucky to be able to observe Douglas from a lovely vintage point. See for yourselves.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay there. Lovely room though would have preferreda sea view, slight issue with people in the room bit noisy but hotel very accommodating by allowing us to change rooms. Food excellent. Could so with more evening entertainment - music night was brillant. Pool facilities also perfect after exploring the lovely location. Can't believe how friendly the locals were and how clean the Isle of Man is. Location perfect. Looking forward to going back hopefully next year.

Not a sit out balcony. A Juliet one and very poor condition. Room with bath but only shower worked as taps just kept running the shower. Not as nice in reality to photo on hotel websites. Quite run down in parts. Staff where amazing though. Very helpful. Just a big disappointment for a hotel that I had worked all year for this holiday. I was expecting to be able to get a bath and sit out on balcony. Front entrance very shabby and not at all welcoming.
