Eagles Nest

The moment you step into Eagles Nest, the sea dominates the room. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the view across the English Channel towards France, with the Kent coastline stretching away to Dungeness. Positioned on a chalk shelf high above the beach in the East Cliff and Warren Nature Reserve area, this four-bedroom house is designed around its setting—nearly every room looks out over the water, the white walls intentionally kept neutral so nothing competes with the landscape beyond.

Downstairs holds a substantial living room, dining space and well-equipped kitchen alongside a gym, sauna and study with a sofa bed. Four bedrooms upstairs—one kingsize with a Jacuzzi bath, one zip-and-link kingsize, one double and one single—share two bathrooms and a shower room. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are provided. The whole house is yours alone; it sleeps eight and welcomes one pet. A terrace wraps around the property with a barbecue. Note that the grounds have steep drops, and hen or stag parties are not accepted.

Folkestone town centre and its food market lie nearby. Check-in is after 15:00, checkout before 10:00. No smoking inside.
