I stayed at lennard house for 1 month. Was great value for money, extremely clean and well maintained. My room was cleaned and bedding changed once per week and everything provided I required. Bonus of a onsite kitchen to use, and washer and dryer. Plus fridge microwave and kettle in room. Very quiet and peaceful meaning a great nights sleep. Overall would highly recommend staying at lennard house!

The rooms are spI live here and the experience has been great. Paul, the administrator, takes excellent care of the place and ensures everything is well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The location is very convenient, close to the city center. Highly recommend!acious and well-lit..

My long stay at Lennard House in Folkestone, Kent is very pleasant with a good atmosphere. In a quiet street yet only 5 minutes from the historic Harbour & Sandy Beach.

Lovely old building in quiet area 5 minutes from the Folkestone Harbour arm. Plenty of parking and large spacious rooms with communal areas within, the permanent residence are so helpful and accommodating.
