The house itself has three bedrooms sleeping up to nine, arranged over two floors with a kitchen, two living spaces, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Bedlinen, towels and wifi come as standard; there's also a wood burner for cooler evenings, and a welcome pack when you arrive.

Downstairs opens into one large living and dining area with a wood burner, smart TV and Sky, plus a separate second sitting room, also with a smart TV. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly—oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and wine cooler. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a family bathroom; bedroom 2 has another kingsize, while bedroom 3 has a single and bunk beds, suitable for children. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are on hand if needed.

Outside, the back garden has a patio, sitting-out area, garden furniture, a firepit and a charcoal barbecue. Private parking for two cars is included. One dog is welcome free of charge. The property is non-smoking.
