If you want to stay in a room that smells of Urine this is the place 🤮 Being a budget hotel dosnt mean having to accept someone incompetence. If it wasnt a last minute booking and a late checking in after a 7hr drive we would have just walked out. The smell was the bathroom and the cause of the whole room smelling, was even worse when we woke up even after using deodorant to mask it Was going to mention it to reception on leaving but was closed and no one was there, however the cleaners "tools" were there and it looked like she was using a rectangular flash mop,(plastic head with removable cloth) which to me suggests when cleaning the bathroom floor shes just smearing urine around rather than mopping up the mess and cleaning. Came to use the shower and there was stains around the taps and bath and public hair on the wall(had to clean ourselves before showering) On the plus side the bed was comfy and slept ok. There is a train track right out the back and local and express trains pass twice every 20mins till 00.25am and wasnt a problem until 6am.

Decent hotel, in need of renovation. Location was excellent Went to ben nevis, 2.5 hour drive and 20 mins drive from airport, 25 mins drive to the main city. Decent restaurants within the area. Location was spot on given the cheap price of hotel. Would recommend if your not too fussed about the outdated rooms.

Situated closer to the A82 & Loch Lammond sceneric route. Located behind the Esso @ Starbucks This is average condition hotel. The rooms were comfortable but needs some uplifting The toilet door doesn’t shut, the bathtub needs deep cleaning There is no air conditioning in the rooms a table fan is available Staff are very helpful extras like iron is provided at request Free parking is available onsite No restaurant available but there is a Starbucks available opposite to the hotel

Rooms are tired and need updating Staff spot on Plenty of parking if you turn up early. Added bonus if your a driver.. petrol station next door and it takes key fuels
