Southerness Holiday Park sits on the Solway Coast between Dumfries and the Cumbrian shore, a quiet spot with the beach within walking distance. Sandy Paws is a three-bedroom holiday cottage here, accommodating up to six guests and their dog. The property spreads across two levels: a lower ground floor bedroom with a double bed, then the main floor with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space, two further bedrooms each with twin single beds, a shower room and separate toilet.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The main draw is the enclosed decking area overlooking the park grounds—somewhere to sit out when the weather allows. You have private parking for two cars on site, and there's an open fire in the living room for quieter evenings. Three steps lead to the entrance.

The holiday park itself has a swimming pool, amusement arcade and adventure playground. Southerness Links Golf Course is within reach on foot. No smoking inside the property.
