Coming to the end of a family 7night holiday. The caravan was spotlessly clean, the wee shop although is expensive is well stocked. Park is clean and tidy, kids love the ducks! The "Hub" has plenty Todo the arcade will bleed you dry though lol, swimming I understand the booking situation the pool is good when you can get in. We have enjoyed our first caravan holiday and booked to go to another parkdean park in future. Thank you parkdean southerness.

Very disappointing experience family with 2 young children. The site itself and the accommodation are in desperate need of some serious attention. We booked a Gold caravan, but it was nowhere near the standard you would expect for a Gold classification. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was water in the boiler cupboard, the kitchen kickboard was hanging off, brown stains on the walls, mattresses badly marked, the TV wasn’t working, and there was litter all around the parking area outside. We reported everything to reception and were simply told, “Someone will be with you when they can.” After waiting 90 minutes with no update or assistance, we left and have taken it further! 3 other people were in complaining about there accommodation at the time too. Southerness has always been one of our favourite holiday parks, which makes this even more disappointing. Sadly, after this experience we won’t be returning. The standards have dropped considerably, and the lack of urgency or customer care from the staff only made the situation worse. I would advise anyone considering staying here to be aware that the quality is no longer what it used to be and the staff couldn’t give a hoot!

This resort was an excellent choice for our motorcycle touring adventure! 🏍️ The location was perfect as a home base, making it super convenient to explore the surrounding areas. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return. 👍 Highly recommend for fellow bikers! 🌟

I chose location of caravan and had a great spot. Otherwise all in rows and close together. The caravan needed a good deep clean which was disappointing so early in season. Surface clean only. Broken fridge cabinet door. Steep steps into caravan. Pool, restaurants, play places great. On site prices less expensive than I anticipated.
