Brook House

Brook House sits on a private estate near Dumfries and Galloway, where you can step straight into woodland walks or settle into the hot tub after a day outdoors. The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, giving families or groups enough room to spread out without feeling cramped. The open-plan living space is designed for entertaining—there's an Ooni pizza oven if you want to cook outside, and the essentials like wi-fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all provided.

The estate itself has its own attractions: a castle tour, an adventure playground, and scope for fishing, cycling and hiking across the grounds. One dog is welcome. The cottage is non-smoking. Arrival is after 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
