The apartment occupies the first and second floors of a building set back from the main activity, with views across the bowling green toward the town below. You get a living room, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms (one kingsize, one single) and a bathroom with bath and shower. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.

Kirkcudbright's harbour and high street are a short walk away, lined with galleries, independent shops and restaurants that reflect the town's long reputation as a centre for artists and craftspeople. The area draws visitors year-round for sailing, coastal walks, forest trails and cycling; the nearby Galloway Forest Park holds Dark Sky status, and several of the 7Stanes mountain-bike routes are within reach.
