Drumwall - High Tide

Drumwall – High Tide sits on a working farm in rural Dumfries and Galloway, positioned to capture expansive views across Fleet Bay towards the coastline. Built in 2023, this contemporary chalet is a single-storey property designed around maximising light and those views: floor-to-ceiling doors open from the main living spaces onto generous decking, where you can watch the sun set over the water.

The layout centres on an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area where you can cook full meals, relax by the woodburner or simply look outward. Two bedrooms branch off – the first with a super-king bed and ensuite wet room, the second with zip-and-link single beds – both opening directly onto the decking. A separate wet room serves the second bedroom. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One dog is welcome.

Gatehouse of Fleet lies roughly a mile away, a small town with independent shops, restaurants and pubs, plus walking routes through the local woods. The wider area offers coastal paths and beaches within a short drive. There is parking for two cars on the property. No smoking indoors.
