Front desk there was nobody manning it, had to phone to get someone. Person very polite and helpful looked like he was the only one who worked here. Carpet in room needs replacing but other than that a clean room. Bathroom desperately needs a revamp as it’s a disabled room a walk in shower would have been better than a bath. Only one bath towel for 2 people, asked for hand towels and extra pillows which we received promptly. Was on the front of hotel next to the A90 didn’t hear much traffic.

Me & my small dog had an excellent relaxing over stay 02/04/26 -03/04/26 was welcomed by 2 lovely gentlemen on arrival who very kindly assisted me with my bags whilst I (myself disabled) was pushing my pet stroller with my disabled chihuahua inside (hence I gave 5 stars for service) Clean warm comfortable bed/room. Very quiet & with everything we needed! Located at an entrance of a subway sandwich outlet, which was ideal for a quick meal after a long drive & day. Thank you to the lovely, helpful & very friendly gentleman at reception on arrival. Service with a smile really does go a long way. Thank you again for your very warm welcome & all your help. We will definitely be back soon, maybe as soon as a cpl of days time. You both are a complete credit to the lovely located hotel & to booking.com! 5/5 🌟 from a very satisfied customer & her dog 😊

I was pleasantly surprised since I read the reviews beforehand and anticipated that there would be a reason for their low price. The beds are clean, the room smelled clean, there was a small tv, nice towels. Simple and private. Lovely staff too, especially the woman with the curly hair - she was great and very accomodating. Would stay again.

Filthy disgusting place with a child on reception who basically turned away when I said I couldn't stay! No pillow protector, blood and sweat on pillows, urine on duvet, room smelled like a urinal, black mould in and round bath, shower head a health hazard, mould round the window, heater rusty and filthy. Avoid you'll catch something!!!
