Room was OK. Bed comfortable. Room was far too hot, small fan in room didn't really make a difference. No air con. No breakfast or any meals currently being served at this hotel. No drinks other than from kettle in room or vending machine. Pub next door also closed. Unless you want a Mcdonalds or KFC it's a taxi ride to anywhere else.

The room we stayed in was just your average premier inn room so can’t complain… HOWEVER, the morning after our first night we put the sign on the door to let the cleaning staff know to clean our room and asked the reception staff if we could have our room cleaned as we left the hotel for the day. -to which he said “yes of course” We later returned to the room in the exact way we left it, no clean towels and no clean bedding with the bin still full of rubbish. At first we just put it down to the fact it was Sunday and they might have minimal staffing. We then did the exact same thing on our second morning before leaving the hotel for the day again. Our return was extremely disappointing again as the towels were left in the bath, damp all day. This was just rinse and repeat for the 3rd day… This is unacceptable as a paying customer we should not be offered a service to not receive it especially when we’ve asked staff in person. Our 4th morning with no clean towels is gross and we’re going to have to have a shower at our family’s house before we begin our long travel home. Premier Inn this is unacceptable.

A very basic and run down Premier Inn. We stayed for three night when visiting family and requested that we had our room cleaned (left sign on door and told reception) but did not have room cleaned or fresh towels for the duration of our stay. Hotel is quiet and we slept well but can get a little noisy from the retail park outside. Overall, for a very cheap stay it was okay but, I believe for a three night stay fresh towels and a room cleaned at least once isn’t too much to ask.

Cheap due to restaurant / bar being shut, which was annoying as they weren't working on it. Only cheap crappy macdonalds etc within walking distance. Room was clean although no toilet roll, just a dispenser giving a sheet at a time which a find annoying. No issues, would stay again but for work trips only really.
