Booked with Alfa travel coach holidays. The hotel is lovely and clean, fabulous location and fantastic views! It isn't five star luxury but as I said, its clean and reasonably up to date. Sockets have two USB ports either side of bed as well as plug sockets. Tea and coffee making facilities in room but also able to top these up yourselves as reception has the baskets with tea coffee milk etc. Rooms cleaned every day should you wish, put the dnd sign on door if you dont. Staff are all very nice and very helpful. We had no complaints about the food, obviously not a Michelin star but certainly palatable! Good choice on the menu. 10 mins walk up the promenade to the town which is also lovely. Very nice book shop on the corner that also serves coffee and cake! Will definitely be back, loved it.

It's clean, its warm, beds are comfortable. The staff are friendly and polite. They have vegetarian options for breakfast the food is good and the view is cinematic in the brekfast room. They had live music entertainment and the price was definitely amazing value. I would definitely stay again.

Staff very helpful and friendly. This hotel needs upgrading as the decor needs updating. Food quite good except for the meat dinners. Meat was always tuff. Beautiful area for walkers.

My friend and I went with Alfa. Both our single rooms were nice, immaculate,well done housekeeping,everywere was really clean. Josh our waiter was a lovely friendly young man. Andy on the bar was also a jolly friendly guy. I had a minor accident whilst I was there and the staff were attentive ,got me a taxi and remembered to check I was okay on my return from casualty, Thank you . All in all a great trip ,lovely view, great trips and nice menu and hot food. I would recommend my trip to Dunoon.
