The property forms part of Bowlees Holiday Cottages, a cluster of properties on 60 acres of natural grounds just outside Wolsingham. You rent the whole cottage to yourselves—a substantial six-bedroom house that sleeps 15 and holds three bathrooms across two floors.

Ground floor contains three bedrooms, a wet room, and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and a 65-inch TV. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly: electric range, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. Upstairs are three more bedrooms and a bathroom with both bath and shower. Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are included; wi-fi is provided. A private hot tub for six sits in your enclosed garden, which opens onto the wider grounds with lawned space and a patio.

The on-site facility is shared with other properties but belongs to you during your stay: a heated indoor swimming pool (9m by 5m), a games room with full-size snooker table, sauna, and hot tub. You can fish in the grounds with a licence, and parking is available for two cars. One small pet is welcome. No smoking throughout. The property suits larger family groups or gatherings—couples-only bookings are not taken.
