Red Kite Cottage

Red Kite Cottage is a detached property sleeping up to six, laid out across two floors with a clear separation between the social spaces below and bedrooms above. Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining area with a smart TV forms the hub of the cottage, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook proper meals rather than make do. A ground-floor shower room serves everyday needs. One one-car parking space is provided.

Three bedrooms upstairs handle the sleeping arrangements: a king-size room with an ensuite and a freestanding bath, two single beds in a second room, and bunk beds in a third (suitable for children). A second bathroom is also upstairs. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One well-behaved pet stays free. The cottage is non-smoking throughout.

Red Kite sits within twenty acres of countryside near Durham, part of a small group of converted farm buildings. You have exclusive use of a hot tub for six and shared access to a sauna with the other cottages on the site. There is a front garden with a barbecue, though this is shared. Rowley Baptist Church lies nearby.
