Todds House Farm - The Granary
County Durham
The Granary sits on a quiet lane at the edge of Sedgefield, a small historic town where a village green sits surrounded by pubs, restaurants and independent shops. Durham's cathedral and castle are twenty minutes away by car. Beamish Museum, Hardwick Park and Sedgefield Races all lie within reach. To the south, Richmond and the Yorkshire Dales; to the north, Alnwick and the Northumberland coast. The A1 is minutes away if you need to travel further.
This converted farm building holds a king bed and a bunk bed, sleeping four, with an open-plan living space upstairs and a kitchen where you can cook properly. Heated towel rail, garden patio, private parking and an electric vehicle charging point by arrangement. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. No smoking indoors.
The property suits families with younger children, who will find a travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. From the top step of the entrance, you look straight out across your private enclosed garden towards Sedgefield's church spire.
