Todds House Farm - The Stables
County Durham
The Stables is a newly finished barn conversion on a quiet country lane near Sedgefield, sleeping four across two bedrooms and one bathroom. Everything sits on the ground floor: an open-plan living space with Smart TV, a kitchen fitted with electric cooking, and French doors from the master bedroom that open onto an enclosed garden with patio and lawn. The second bedroom has two single beds. Underfloor central heating keeps things warm; Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity are all included. On-site parking for one car is provided, and an electric vehicle charging point is available by prior arrangement.
Sedgefield itself is walkable distance away, with pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and independent shops clustered around its village green. Hardwick Park offers nearby walking. The A1 is only minutes away, making it convenient for exploring further afield—Durham's cathedral and castle are a short drive, Beamish Museum a little further, and the Yorkshire Dales within reach to the south. Sedgefield Races run throughout the year locally. The property does not permit smoking.
