Wynmine Cottage

Wynmine Cottage is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property near Durham, recently refurbished to a high standard. The ground floor holds the main living space—an open-plan room combining living, dining and kitchen areas—plus a shower room. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and one with a double, alongside a full bathroom. The cottage is yours alone, with parking on the road and an electric car charging point if you need it.

The kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking: electric oven, induction hob, microwave, American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine are all here. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. A rear garden with seating and furniture gives you somewhere to sit outside. The cottage welcomes one small dog, and a welcome pack plus doggy extras are provided; a cot, travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available too. A pub is within a mile. No smoking indoors.
