Fun filled arcade games. We had great fun to play with arcade games. Suitable for all age groups. You can buy new play card or recharge existing card at first floor. There will be an assistant who guide you if visiting for the first time. There will be machines to track your balance and tickets. Try to win maximum tickets to get the toys at the end. Cons Limited games Limited toys for tickets The quality of toys needs improvement Like my post if you find it useful 😊

This review is specifically for the go kart experience. The process for getting started was pretty good. Signage to find the first check in desk could have been better but once located, it was through to the briefing bit and then over to the karts. If you have your own balaclava, take it and save yourself a little bit of money. The karts were decent, I’m 6”3’ and fin in them comfortably. They are electric and pick up a decent speed, the course is good with plenty of twists and turns to keep it fun. The issue for me was their process of constantly remotely slowing or even stopping all carts when someone spins out. It makes for a very stop and start experience and a little frustrating to be mid turn and trying to overtake and then you are brought to a go slow. I get it’s a safety thing and a process is needed to make everyone safe but it spoiled the experience for me. It was rare to get a full lap without being interrupted at least once. I think I would only do it again if it was a private group booking and a discussion could be had about them being less keen to hit the go slow booking. The staff were good, the place was clean and the karts were in good order, no complaints there.

Great place. The games are so much fun. One slight problem is when we I went bowling with a friend and we were a bit early. A staff member told us to come back around 5 minutes before just so we could take our time. When we came back another staff member was there and we told her what her colleague had said. She the Ridley replied that we were too early and what were we doing here. If she had said it in a nicer tone and without the ‘what are you doing here’ this would not have been a problem. Other than that it is nice coming here with friends to go to the arcade and doing the go karts.

Manager Kyle was helpful to assist in organising an afternoon for our Clients to have some quality time away from our support project, and have a taste of the better things in life. All staff were very helpful and professional, we felt very welcomed. The gokarting was hilariously fast and brought out our competitive streak, really surprised me on how great it made the clients and myself feel. The bowling was a nice 2nd activity, great bowling alley/lanes, and easy to use score keeping system, very enjoyable. The staff at the bar were quick with serving drinks, very reasonably priced, and allowed us to have some time to reflect on the lovely afternoon. Thank you Team Gravity!
