What guests say
We stayed at Hotel Alma for two nights at the end of July and had a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What really made our stay special was the warm welcome and exceptional service from the staff, who made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our visit. A special thank you to Ella, Sonia, and Karina for their kindness, professionalism, and friendly attitude – they truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with a great selection. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. We highly recommend Hotel Alma to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay.

We were visitors to The Alma at Wandsworth for nine nights. We were welcomed by the lovely staff who were friendly and happy to attend to anything we needed. They provided us with directions for train / bus travel and had good local knowledge of the shops in the area. The rooms were well appointed with good sized bathrooms. The hotel service staff kept the rooms clean , fresh towels every day and made the beds. We had fresh fruit for breakfast tea or coffee made for us and some days we had a cooked breakfast. We enjoyed all the food and the dinners in this happy place. Overall a very quiet and comfortable stay. Thankyou 🌻🌻

Travelled as a family of four, youngest being 10yrs old. Rang ahead of time to ask for a quiet room (not having stayed before but knowing how busy the bar can be particularly on a super hot May Bank Holiday weekend) Email communication beforehand was faultless: clear, timely and pleasant. Even for a busy BH weekend the team were able to organise next door rooms. The rooms were incredible (made one room into a twin for the children), we arrived to hand written welcome notes and homemade biscuits, quiet, air conditioned and very well stocked with goodies. It was lovely to arrive and we immediately relaxed. when we landed the restaurant was fully booked but the stafff managed to secure a table for dinner with no fuss. The staff were genuinely amazing throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, super smiley and you felt welcomed and looked after. Breakfast was equally perfect and when it came to checking out it was super simple, quick and easy. Every encounter with every staff member was professional, courteous and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend the Alma. Well done for getting the basics absolutely right and going above and beyond

Amazing stay at The Alma… I don’t know where to begin, gorgeous room, perfect for me and the pooch. Great food, both in restaurant and in room dining. Lovely amenities for my little dog. With a lovely welcome gift and treat for me too! Amazing staff! Can’t wait to book my next stay! Perfect little outdoor courtyard for my baby to get fresh air too!
