Outside there is an enclosed garden with a lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue hut, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and one well-behaved pet is welcome. There is also a cot and stairgate available. Please note that there are steps up from the parking spaces and an unfenced stream in the garden so children must be supervised. You can find a shop within 0.5 miles and a pub in 1.2.
