Brooklands

Uplyme sits in the Devon countryside a short distance inland from the Jurassic Coast, with Lyme Regis and its seafront within easy reach. Brooklands is a substantial family home refurbished to modern standards, set back from the road with private parking for four cars and a garage for storage.

The ground floor holds a living room with access to both front and rear gardens, a well-equipped kitchen and dining space with room to cook anything from simple meals to elaborate spreads, a double bedroom, and a utility room. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and twin beds in an L-shaped layout, one double, and one with twin beds and a bay window. Three bathrooms serve the property—two en-suites with showers and a main bathroom with a corner bath. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. The rear garden is enclosed with a patio and furniture; the front has a lawn. No smoking is permitted.

The property sleeps 10 and works well for large families or two families sharing, with enough space and bathrooms that people need not queue. Arrival is after 17:00, departure before 10:00.
