Cotton Cottage sits on the edge of Aylesbeare, surrounded by 100 acres of woodland and farmland in East Devon. The detached farmhouse is one of six properties on Great Houndbeare Farm, with access to shared facilities including a games room equipped with pool and table tennis, and a children's play area. The setting puts you within reach of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with walking routes and nature reserves nearby; Sidmouth's beaches and Ottery St Mary's shops are close by, and Exeter is a short drive away.

The cottage sleeps nine across four bedrooms: one double, two twins, and a room with a bunk bed (double base with single above). Two shower rooms serve the bedrooms. Downstairs, the main lounge has comfortable seating, a Smart TV and an open fire. The kitchen is farmhouse-style with a large dining table for group meals, and there's a separate snug that opens onto the enclosed rear garden. Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided.

Outside, the private garden has a wide lawn bordered by mature trees and shrubs, a patio for outdoor dining, and a hot tub for evening relaxation. There is on-site parking and an enclosed rear garden. One well-behaved dog is welcome. No smoking throughout the property.
