East Hill Pride Farm - Log Cabin
East Devon

Sidmouth's pebbly beach and seafront promenade are five minutes' drive away, making this log cabin an easy base for exploring the Regency town's shops, cafés and coastal paths. Woodbury Common spreads across the inland horizon, and the wider Jurassic Coast with its rock formations and walking routes lies within easy reach. The cabin itself sits within the grounds of East Hill Pride Farm Shop, where a café serves hot food and the shop stocks local meat, fresh produce, cakes and artisan goods—useful for stocking up before a self-catering break.
The cabin is detached and entirely yours, with parking for two cars outside. Ground-floor living means everything is on one level: an open-plan kitchen and dining area with a gas hob and electric oven for cooking, plus a lounge with a TV and electric fire. Two double bedrooms (each 4ft 6in wide) and a bathroom with bath and shower complete the layout. Bed linen and towels come with your stay, as do heating and electricity. The courtyard faces the farm shop's fruit and vegetable plants, though access to it involves three steps.
This suits families and groups of friends wanting both seaside days and the option to cook together indoors. No smoking is permitted throughout.

Small farm shop with great quality local venison, bacon, rhubarb, and eggs. Lovely woman in the shop.

We were touring Devon on the motorbikes and stumbled across this little place by accident and are we ever glad we did. It was the perfect place for food and a rest with what I can only describe as the best breakfast we've had!! I've saved it on maps so I can visit again. Thank you to the lady who made our stop there fantastic.

Lovely little gem of a place, not big so don't think it's like other farm shops, but coffee and cakes are nice, great fresh produce, lovely views, will definitely call again.

Not a great Farm shop to me. Maybe good in the cafe is good, I haven’t tried. But the shop was mostly just cold raw meat. There wasn’t much ready to eat take away food either. Luckily we did get a pasty that was in the oven. Also it was dead. Not another customer in sight… which usually isn’t the best sign. It’s got lovely views though!
