Families and larger groups will find Hill View works well for a coastal break. The house has three bedrooms—a king, a double, and two singles—accommodating up to six people, with one small dog welcome at no extra cost. Everything sits on the lower ground floor, accessed via seven steps to the entrance.

The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering: electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine mean you can cook as much or as little as you like. The living room has a smart TV and gas fire. There's one shower room with a double shower and a separate toilet. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

Outside, an enclosed garden with patio and furniture gives you outdoor space; it's the kind of spot suited to morning coffee or evening meals with a view. Sidmouth town and its beach lie within a mile—far enough to feel removed, close enough for an easy walk. No smoking inside the property.
