A substantial Victorian villa transformed into a luxury holiday base in Sidmouth, Blue Horizon sits on a quiet lane just a mile from the seafront. The whole property is yours alone, with level access throughout and views across to the water. Four steps lead up to the entrance; beyond that, everything spreads across the ground floor without further climbing.

Inside you find a modern kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, and all the basics—opening into a spacious living and dining area with a wood burner, Smart TV and comfortable seating. Bedroom one has a king bed; the second offers either twin beds or a super-king configuration. The bathroom combines bath and shower. Essentials like bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are covered. The first bundle of logs arrives with you if you visit between October and March. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged.

Two gardens—one open to the front with furniture, one enclosed at the rear—plus covered storage for beach kit make this suitable for families wanting both seaside access and the space to breathe. Private parking accommodates five cars. No smoking throughout. Note that the front access lane is shared with a neighbour, and there are steps within the garden itself.
