Sidmouth's Regency architecture and pebbly beach draw couples and small groups year-round, but the town quietens enough that you can still find peaceful spots along the coastal paths. Seascape sits on the quieter edge of things, a single-storey property where everything is accessible without stairs and a back garden opens directly onto the Byes River and Margaret's Meadow Park—useful for morning walks before heading into the town centre on foot.
The accommodation is straightforward: one bedroom with a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower, plus a separate bathroom with a bath and shower over it. The living room has a gas fire and Smart TV; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the garage. Parking for two cars is on-site, bed linen and towels are provided, and Wi-Fi is included. The garden has lawn and seating, with a summer house and mature oak tree providing shelter.
You can walk to Sidmouth's shops, restaurants and cafés in five minutes, or take the level path to the beach and seafront esplanade in about fifteen. One well-behaved pet stays free. The property is non-smoking throughout.
